Body language is very important and can make you feel more confident if you stand in a certain way. Try standing in a ‘power pose’ as coined and researched by Social Psychologist, Amy Cuddy. Before you have an interview / exam or any stressful situation, stand in a ‘power pose’ for 2 minutes. Stand with your chest open, shoulders back, hands on your hips and your feet hip-width apart.
